Meet James
With his drive to serve others, James Barthel, MBA, MEng, has dedicated his career to assisting both business and non-business leaders. His expertise in integrating faith and work, combined with his desire to develop a God-first business, is founded on 20 years of hands-on experience as a successful Christian entrepreneur.
James previously served as CEO, guiding his company through numerous business pivots, from entrepreneurial startup to implementation of a successful vertical integration growth strategy that propelled it to become the largest and most reputable company in their national market. He also oversaw the creation and execution of a successful exit strategy that ensured the company's continued success and growth. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, his responsibilities included overall leadership, strategy development, and fostering a team culture aligned with purpose and values.

James is a respected Business Expert, Advisor, Entrepreneur, Consultant, Author, and sought-after Speaker on building Godly-focused, Kingdom-advancing, impactful, and influential businesses. He has been married to Karin, his wife and Kingdom partner, for 29 years, and together they have raised a family of six children. He holds MBA and Mechanical Engineering degrees from the University of Colorado. In addition to his professional pursuits, James is passionate about peace work in the Holy Land of Israel and now, indulges in more than an occasional round of golf.
